Urinary Problem

Big dog boxer peeing in a parkUrination problems are often easy to spot, but sometimes may be tricky to diagnose. We will discuss with you any changes in their water intake, elimination habits and changes in diet.  We will likely want to collect their urine so we can analyze what’s going on with their kidneys and urinary tract- or do x-rays to check for bladder stones.  If you’ve noticed your pet is straining to urinate, or hasn’t urinated for an extended period of time, it’s important we see them immediately, as toxins will quickly build in their body.
