Medical Progress Exam

The truth is, many conditions require a second (or more) visit to ensure the treatments are working well and your pet’s health is continuing to improve.  These conditions are, but not limited to:

  • post-surgical evaluation
  • many skin disorders
  • wound healing/evaluation
  • ear infections/other infections

It is important that medical progress appointments are kept. Even if your pet appears to be back to normal, your veterinarian is the best resource to ensure that your pet is fully healed. It is not uncommon for pets to miss medical progress exams, only to return with the same condition days or weeks later.
