Exams & Vaccines

Just like you have a primary care physician, our Veterinarians at TVH wish to be your pet’s primary care doctors.  We’re just like you. We want your pet to be happy and healthy for all of your years of companionship together. Of course, we offer vaccines that prevent serious illnesses, but we want to monitor their health every year for other potential issues.

Pets require annual examinations just like people do, since they do not always exhibit signs of illness or disease.  It is important your pet see a veterinarian so you can be assured that any signs of disease are caught early before it is too late.

Sadly, we often see pets who present with a laundry list of problems when it is too late to reverse them. In the end, the pet’s life is often shortened as a result. An annual exam is an effective way to identify potential problems early on to maximize your time together with your pet.
